Fixed Patch Id 4168 Fixed Null Value issue for OpenLinqToSql LinqExtender.Item.IsModified should be true , if previously a field is set to null and then modified.

Description:
If you do something like this:

Address addr = (from address in addressDataSource where address.ID == "someid" select address).Single();
addr.Street = "Berlin";
addressDataSource.SubmitChanges();

where addr.Street was null before changing it to "Berlin", SubmitChanges() will not call UpdateItem() of addressDataSource.
Its because of a bug in QueryObject.IsAltered.

Regarding patch 3968. The Not UnaryOperator handler was properly applied however the patch for the following was not applied:

from foo in Bar
where foo.IsCool
select foo

The fix for this is on lines 644-653 in function
internal void VisitExpression<S>(Expression expression, int level, TreeNode parentNode)
